Action from learning reports
These resources include information we have learnt from theLeDeR reviewsto improve the health of people with a learning disability. It also helps us to reduce health inequalities.
Action from learning reports provide examples of changes that we made to services so far. It shows the work we are doing to respond to common themes raised through LeDeR reviews across the country.
We are also doing work onannual health checks,STOMP,STAMP,Ask Listen Doand reasonable adjustments throughdigital flagging.
