Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care: A national framework for local action 2021-26
We are sharing this refreshed framework for action with local leaders in every community whether they work in the statutory, private or voluntary sectors. We expect them to plan and act, using this framework, so that these ambitions can be a reality.
Local organisations including Primary Care Networks, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and in particular, Health and Wellbeing Boards, Sustainability & Transformation Partnerships and Integrated Care Systems are well placed to convene, activate and coordinate this local leadership. We want our ambitions to become their ambitions.
