Welcome to your Level 2 training in respect of the Interface between the Mental Health Act 1983, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 & Deprivation of Liberty.
This module has been designed to provide you with the important information and opportunities to strengthen your understanding of how this legislation works together and practical examples of how this affects your day to day practice.
