Physical Health Needs and Pain in Autistic People
A training video that can be used to train Autism Peer Support Workers, explaining how physical health needs and pain can presently differently within an autistic person. A variety of conditions are referred to inclusing epilepsy, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome,hypermobility andbowel issues with informaton regardng how interoception and long term conditions/pain can alter the percetion of the seriousness and pinpointing the location of pain.
