Reasonable Adjustments for Autistic People
A training video that can be used to train Autism Peer Support Workers, explaining how different reasonable adjustments may be needed by different autistic people. Individuals discuss extra time needed to process and reflect information and different approaches needed to communicate effectively, including verbal and written. Adjustments may also be needed due tosensitivities linked to sensorary issues aroundlight,sound, and pain management etc.
