Tips for Supporting Autistic People with Mental Health Difficulties
A training video for autism peer support workers, giving tips for supporting autistic people with mental health difficulties. The video advocates talking about, rather than avoiding mental health topics such as self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Peer support workers can assist by signposting and helping individuals to gain access to relevant services.
