Wellbeing for Autistic People
A training video that explains the importance of wellbeing for an autistic person and how an Autism Peer Support Worker can support wellbeing through discussion, support, and preparation. Individuals discuss tips for wellbeing including quiet time, time to process and adjust between engagements, asking for help and debriefs or spending time with other autistic people. All the techniques discussed are used to help avoid burnout.
