Evaluation for a social prescribing and primary care integrated student placement
In Autumn 2022, a new placement was piloted in Gateshead for two nursing students working across a primary care GP practice and the social prescribing team. This placement was evaluated to determine the benefits, challenges, and to consider how this may be further developed.
