This is the second in a series of elearning sessions for members of NHS staff involved in caring for patients following a total knee replacement (TKR) operation.

It is aimed at nurses and allied health professionals involved in the care of TKR patients, but may also be of interest to orthopaedic surgeons who undertake TKR operations, general practitioners and secondary care orthopaedic management and administrative staff.

Aims
By the end of this session, you will be able to describe how to conduct a STAR assessment clinic and explain when it is appropriate to refer patients attending a STAR assessment clinic for further treatment.
