Health economics - cost benefit analysis
CBA is a central element in the development of business cases for new and innovative ways of working in Greater Manchester. The CBA model is used to understand the value for money provided by an intervention, particularly in terms of the use of taxpayers’ money and the extent to which new delivery models might generate improved outcomes and related savings compared to ‘business as usual’ – the ‘financial case’ within the Green Book five case model.
