Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supports the underlying principles to the study and supporting people to live well through and despite of the challenges they face from their diagnosis and treatment.

This training will provide an introduction to ACT to enable a consistent approach with participants in the Personalised Prehabilitation Care Package (PPCP) aligning with participant teachings and staff training.The training consists of a written resource including self-directed activities and HINTs for delivery.

Who is it for: The member of staff allocated to support delivery of the PPCP arm as local intervention HCP.
Who is it NOT for: Physical outcomes assessor (as they should be blinded to PPCP).
