Introduction to Programme Management
This session should take approximately 30 - 45 minutes to work through. Ensure that you read the information carefully as there are various exercises to help consolidate your learning throughout.
Learning Outcomes
This training module gives an overview and insight into the principles and techniques involved in delivering programmes. As you work through the module you will gain a better understanding of the following:
- what programme management means
- common themes in programme management
- how programmes are organised
- phases in programme management and
- where to find further resources to help you.
Note the module is not intended as a guide to specific programme management methodologies such as Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
