Learning Outcomes

This training module gives an overview and insight into the principles and techniques involved in delivering programmes. As you work through the module you will gain a better understanding of the following:

  • what programme management means
  • common themes in programme management
  • how programmes are organised
  • phases in programme management and
  • where to find further resources to help you.

Note the module is not intended as a guide to specific programme management methodologies such as Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
