This course examines the national policy of integration in health and social care in the UK. It explores how the policy has evolved since 2014 and the challenges it was designed to address. The course covers the different ways that organisations are integrating services as well as some of the barriers to integration. The course concludes with a brief look at integration in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Once completed you will understand how integration works in your local area.
