Aims and Objectives
- To raise awareness of the Trusts' Anti-racism Perfect Care Goal
- To deepen our knowledge and understanding of racism and how it is maintained and reproduced (whether consciously or unconsciously)
- To become more attuned to identifying racist patterns and dynamics
- To explore what anti-racism means in a workplace setting for us as individuals and as service providers to our diverse communities
- To explore our individual role in shifting the organisation to becoming actively anti-racist
- To understand and engage with some commonly used anti-racist language
