All-age Continuing Care (AACC) introduction to Advanced Personalised Communication
As part of this course provision, the Health Coaching Academy are pleased to offer thefirst eLearning module for FREE for everyone working in AACC. This first module provides a great introduction to this important skill area and prepares you for further advanced communication training. It also provides the foundation to build your communications skills, improve personalised care, and achieve better outcomes for individuals.
All the training is supported by comprehensive workbooks to encourage reflective practice, capture your key notes, share core tools and models, and match your learning style.

The Health Coaching Academy have worked in collaboration with NHS England and NHS All-age Continuing Care services to create a course in Advanced Personalised Communication for those working in AACC.
