NHS LPP Sustainability and Social Value

Requesting a license for the Social Value Portal

1 out of 5 (1 rating)

If you will be setting up or evaluating tenders, or managing a contract on the Social Value Portal, you will need a Social Value Portal license. Licenses are free to NHS LPP members,

If you will not be routinely using the Social Value Portal, you may not need a license. You can complete this Module without a license.

To request a license for the Social Value Portal, please complete the form accessed through the link here. The team will process license requests within two working days.

You will be asked to indicate whether you wish to be set up with an 'Editor' license, or a 'Viewer' license.

  • Editors can add projects, evaluate bid projects and update social value data. They have these permissions across the account they are added to and any sub-accounts beneath their account.
  • Viewers cannot make any changes but only view project records and access reports across the account they are added to and any sub-accounts beneath their account.

The Sustainability and Social Value Team at NHS LPP routinely monitor usage of Social Value Portal licenses, and if a license has not been used for some time, we will contact the license holder and ask if it can be deactivated. This helps us ensure the best value and service to our members.

If you are unsure whether or not you will require a license for the Social Value Portal, you can contact the team here.
