377 MY Values into Action- Recruit for Values
To guide learners through the Recruit for Values approach to help recruit colleagues who share our values as well as having the skills and competencies for the role. We will share best practice on recruiting for values including the importance of equity in the recruitment process and the impact of bias. Learners will also be introduced to and have the opportunity to practice our tools so they are prepared to recruit for
values for their next role.
