Welcome to the theme 'Depression in Context'. In this theme we explore what depression is, before moving on to explore why older people are at risk of developing depression. The theme ends by thinking about some of the cultural and generational influences that might impact how we talk about depression with an older person, and how they might feel about seeking treatment. This learning consists of three videos,and a podcast that delves deeper into the topics presented in the videos. Finish the learning by completing three questions to check your understanding of the theme.
