Common eyelid pathology: apocrine hidrocystoma. Typically arise at the lower eyelid or lateral canthus. They are lined by an epithelial bilayer and often with a thick fibrous wall. Decapiotation secretion may be focal and, as seen in this case, papillary formation may be present.
