Task Management (Hospital at Night Team)
Task management is ordered by all wards for out of hours care to be carried out on individual patients. The task management board is looked after by junior doctors, nurses and Clinical Support Workers to provide these specific care items out of hours for each ward. In this video we will show you the task management process.
