Introduction to Leadership for Personalised Care
This course is designed for leaders and aspiring leaders in the healthcare, social care, and third sectors, as well as people with lived experience and personalised care needs. This three-week course from Leadership for Personalised Care Programmes will give you an introduction to the meaning and importance of personalised care, and equip you with the tools you need to be an effective leader.
On this course, you’ll develop an understanding of the personalised care approach and how to work with communities to create and implement a plan for change, improve community capacity and reduce the pressure on the healthcare system.
