Movement to Work: A toolkit for employers [PDF]
Movement to Work have developed a toolkit for employers to provide guidance on various employability schemes. Please see this document attached. There are 4 government funded employability schemes that are explained within this toolkit: Kickstart, Sector Based Work Academy Programme, Traineeships and Apprenticeships. These schemes are explored through comparative lens of differentiators and initiatives (funding, application process, employer journey), providing clarity as to how each scheme might work for your organisation.
