Primary Futures Report - Scaling Up [PDF]
The new Education and Employers Scaling Up report, published by Primary Futures, shows the positive impact of meeting relatable role models on the motivation, confidence and attainment of primary-aged children. These volunteer role models from the world of work have talked to primary school children about their aspiring jobs. The greatest impact from this report is on children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
