Local Retention Guide for Support Staff - Employer guide
COVID-19 Vaccination Programme Workforce and Training Workstream has produced the second version of the Local Retention Guide for support staff, to help support the transition of people who signed up to be vaccinators into the wider health and care workforce.
The Employer Guidesuggests ways for Lead Employers to find alternative roles for support candidates, by engaging with them to understand their motivations to join the NHS, their interests, strengths and skills that will help match them with potential career opportunities.
