Direct Admissions to a Ward for Unscheduled Care 16-18 Year Old
If a young person is a direct admission to a Ward for unscheduled care, e.g. via the GP, the mandatory safeguarding checklist must be completed to confirm that SystmOne 0-19 Unit and CP-IS have been checked.
