Tobacco dependence in inpatient mental health hospitals

This training will enable the admitting team to further their knowledge on the benefits of treating tobacco dependence as a new standard of care, and develop their skillset to deliver the Tobacco Dependence Admission Care Bundle. This includes brief advice and support, initiating treatment with tobacco dependence aids such as NRT, nicotine analogues or nicotine vapes, and referral to the in-house tobacco dependence team.
