This neonatal module is divided into two parts:

  • Part 1 explores key causes of conflict in neonatal care settings which can lead to conflict between caregivers and healthcare providers.
  • Part 2 teaches skills and strategies to prevent and respond to conflicts which arise in neonatal care.
