Doing Better: An Interactive Intercultural Communication E-learning Course

‘Doing Better’ is an e-learning package suitable for all staff working with international staff and learners.
The aims of this package are:
- to enhance understanding of the complexity of intercultural communication.
- to improve the ability of staff to communicate effectively with international staff and learners.
- to increase understanding of how intercultural communication (good and bad) can impact on international staff and learner experience and outcomes.
Completing e-learning on NHS learning Hub
Please note - if you are completing this e-learning course on NHS Learning Hub and are inactive for 20 minutes, your progress may not be saved and you may see an error pop-up. You can view your progress on each module by logging back in and clicking on the top left hand side of the e-learning course (home button).
Embedding e-learning into local Learning Management System (LMS)
The functionality to sync e-learning from Learning Hub to an LMS is currently not available, this may be available in the near future. To embed e-learning into LMS, click on the link on the top left hand side of this page titled 'Download e-learning resource'. This will provide you with SCORM files to embed locally.
