Welcome to our Outpatients Transformation e-learning module.

This module has been co-written by several resident doctors and Consultants from a range of medical and surgical specialties, based on their experiences of outpatients; to provide you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in an outpatient setting and to introduce the reasons we need to transform outpatient care. The training is initially aimed at resident doctors, but would be helpful to anyone running outpatient clinics or with an interest in improving outpatient care.

The module is split into bite size packages and starts with some operational background to outpatients and new ways of working and moves into more practical advice.

We advise all modules which should take around 90 minutes.

We hope you enjoy this training

** To allow for optimal interaction, please ensure you set the module into presentation mode**

We would be grateful if you could take 5 minutes to complete the pre and post questionnaires which will help us improve future resources.
