Introduction to Benefits Management
This session will cover the basics of benefits management - what it is, why it's important and some practical things you can start introducing right away. The session starts with an introduction to benefits, including why we do benefits management. The session then covers the four key benefits questions we should always ask before, during and after a project. Throughout, there are descriptions of tools, resources and techniques you can use to make your projects more successful, by being more benefits-led.
