This session will explain the six 'ingredients' needed to deliver project success. These six ingredients are factors that a project manager and project team should control. The six ingredients needed for project success are: time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk. In this session you will learn what these six ingredients are, why they need to be controlled and some simple techniques to support you to manage and control these six ingredients.
