Dengue virus - Pathogenesis and Immunology
This write-up deals with the complicated yet simple pathogenesis and immunlogy of DENV. This is a unique virus which presents with biphasic fever and causes a lot of immunopathologicasl damage to the host. Major complications are due to that damage instead of direct viral damage.
