Scoping Use Cases for Foundry & AIP
Course Description (Long)
The goal of use case scoping is to take all the different problems your business or team faces, which are remotely linked to data in a way, and use the dots below to rank the priority of tackling these issues. Ideally, by going through these dots, you will eliminate some potential use cases, refine others, and merge some as well.
There are three essential areas to consider when prioritizing use cases. Although the list can be longer depending on one’s specific enterprise needs, these three items have come to be inevitable in evaluating whether a use case should move forward or not.
We will dive into each component in the following sections :
-
Business
-
Team or People
-
Data and Technology
