Model data with Power BI
Course Description (Long)
This course introduces the foundational components of designing scalable tabular models using Power BI. It covers the various methods and best practices that align with business and technical requirements for modeling, visualising, and analysing data with Power BI.
Participants will learn about the Power BI Desktop model structure, star schema design basics, analytics queries, and report visual configuration. The course also delves into creating calculated tables and columns, writing DAX formulas, adding measures, and optimising model performance.
By the end of this learning path, learners will be equipped with the skills necessary to build efficient and effective data models in Power BI.
