Course Description (Short)

Learn to collect, organize, and study data to provide business insights in various sectors. This apprenticeship covers data analysis processes, requirement-gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data.

Course Format

Online learning, live instructor-led training, interactive workshops, practical assignments, monthly Industry Insight sessions.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify data sources to meet the organization's requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues to establish reporting needs.
  • Collect, compile, and cleanse data.
  • Produce performance dashboards and reports.
  • Maintain and develop reports for analysis.
  • Produce statistical and data analysis reports.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
  • Draw conclusions and recommend appropriate responses.
  • Summarize and present results to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management.
  • Ensure data is appropriately stored and archived.
  • Practice continuous self-learning to keep up to date with technological developments.
