Adults with learning disabilities are more likely to be overweight and suffer health problems because of their weight. This session will explain what overweight means and what causes weight to increase​, why it is more common for people with learning disabilities to be overweight, and why it is important to support adults with learning disabilities to work towards a healthy weight.
