Course Description (Short): This course provides essential strategies for effective communication in technical environments, focusing on audience understanding, verbal and nonverbal cues, and leadership communication.
Course Format: The course is divided into four modules, each containing lessons and module-end assessments. The format includes reading materials, practical exercises, and assessments to reinforce learning.
