Scope of Practice for Newly Qualified Pharmacist Prescribers in Secondary Care – Recommendations and Principles
This document sets out recommendations and principles relating to the scope of practice for newly qualified pharmacist prescribers in Secondary Care made by a task and finish group sponsored by the North West Chief Pharmacists. The group was convened to consider, amongst other things, common principles that could be applied to a scope of practice for newly qualified pharmacists working in secondary care (including acute, specialist and mental health Trusts) across the North of England.
