The Healthcare Insights Mentoring Programme at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust was set up to extend its support for school and college students considering a career in healthcare. The project aim has been to widen access to healthcare careers information and support from healthcare professionals for school and college students aspiring to be medics, AHP's, nurses or midwives.
