HEE Foundation Programme (for doctors)

workplace resilience and wellbeing : the workplace and me [WAM]

4 out of 5 (1 rating)

This resource was initially developed for F2 in Yorks and Humber by Jaimee Wylam, and repurposed in East of England for FiY1. Going forwards this is predominantly aimed at F1 and F2 standalone trainees.

it goes through in a practical way looking after your wellbeing as a newly qualified doctor.

it is a video recording, though this in EoE is provided as a zoom [and one day back toface to face] as part of the non-clinical hub portion of foundation mandatory teaching, paired with a human factors at work element.

For the East of England, engaging with this may in 2020 count as 30 mins of non core mandatory teaching as long as discussed with ES and part of a broad and balanced teaching CPD programme. This is subject to change, and please ensure with your FTPD that you have the latest guidance.
