This self-paced e-learning course is for healthcare professionals at Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS) who order, handle, or store controlled drugs (CDs).
Controlled drugs are regulated under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 because of their potency and risk of misuse or addiction. Safe and accountable management protects patients, staff, and the wider community, and is essential for maintaining professional standards.
