Advancing Practice Impact Evaluation Toolkit
This self-guided toolkit has been developed to support trainees, experienced practitioners, and service leaders in evaluating and measuring the impact of Advanced Practice. It offers a range of resources designed to provide flexibility and options for effectively evaluating the outcomes and contributions of Advanced Practice roles.
Evaluating impact in complex environments such as the NHS and social care can be challenging and often the true impact and value can be underestimated. This toolkit has therefore been designed to support systems, organisations, services, and individuals to demonstrate the positive impact of the advanced practice workforce.
An understanding and sharing of the impact of advanced practice helps to:
- contribute towards the continued transformation of services
- support the development and succession plan for the advanced practice workforce of the future
- provide empirical data to underpin business case formulation.
Please give us your feedback on the 'Advancing Practice Impact Evaluation Toolkit' by completing theevaluation form.Your feedback is invaluable to the SE Faculty team and results from this form will be used to support the Faculty team, our wider stakeholders and other regional Advancing Practice Faculties in strengthening and supporting the development of advancing practice and advanced practitioners.
