An introduction to Sands training, which offers you the chance to familiarise yourself with key definitions of different types of pregnancy and baby loss and to hear from one family about how they’ve been impacted by baby loss.
Duration: 10 to 15 minutes.
Audience: Suitable for all.
This module is the starting point and can be followed by our other modules on topics like compassionate communication, looking after yourself and trauma. Sands also offers in person training for a range of audiences, which complements our online training.
Sands uses evidence-based approaches to improve bereavement care and pregnancy outcomes through research, training and policy.
