Communication Matters is a short introductory course which looks at communicating with people with sight loss. The course offers handy tips for meeting and greeting people with sight loss and it will help you to explore how and why it is important to communicate effectively. The course will explore attitudes to sight loss and recognise practical issues around sight loss. This course has been CPD(UK) certified and it should take approximately 15/20 minutes to complete.
Please note that there is now a certificate available for completing this course,available via this platform. Learners can monitor their activity in the My Learning section of their workspace.
