NHSE AHP Educator Career Framework E-Resource

The Allied Health Professions (AHP) Educator Career Framework is an outcome -based frmaework that descibes the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be an effective teacher, learning faciliator, supervisor and role model in AHP education settings in Engalnd. This interactive guide brings togther a description of the framework, a set of useful tools and links to additional supporting materials. This E-resource aims to give the uses the tools to naviagte themselves through the framework and idenifiy through self reflection how they can demonstrate and develop on each domain. This resource is for the whole AHP community, including the support workfroce, learners, clinicians and senior leaders. This resource has been co produced by NHS England, University of Winchester, University of Southampton and Canterbury ChristChurch University.
