All-age Continuing Care (AACC) introduction to Advanced Personalised Communication

The Health Coaching Academy worked in collaboration with NHS England and NHS AACC services to create a course in Advanced Personalised Communication for All-age Continuing Care (AACC).

As part of this course provision, The Health Coaching Academy are pleased to offer the first eLearning module for free for everyone working in AACC. This first module provides a great introduction to this important  skill area and prepares participants for further advanced communication training. It also provides the foundation to build communications skills, improve Personalised Care, and achieve better outcomes for  individuals.
