Fundamentals of Safer Staffing

Safer Staffing gives an overview of the key parts of nursing and midwifery staff planning, known as establishment setting. It explains the main principles, the policy background, and the factors that affect safe staffing in different care settings. The programme has 6 elearning sessions, each around 30 minutes long. It also links to extra resources and provides certificates for each completed session.
