Implicit Bias Training
Implicit bias refers to attitudes or stereotypes that influence our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. These biases are automatic, unintentional, and can occur without awareness. They are based on our background, cultural environment, and personal experiences.
Participants will learn to identify their own implicit biases and explore the principles of practical strategies to mitigate the impact of unconscious bias in both personal and professional settings leading to more conscious and equitable decision-making processes.
This learning programme is offered in three parts scaffolding learning, all three parts must be completed to gain the full benefits from the learning opportunity.
