Menopause Awareness

The NHS Menopause Awareness Programme supports colleagues across the NHS by improving understanding of the menopause transition and access to consistent, practical workplace support. It is designed to help staff stay well, confident and supported at work. The programme consists of four 30-minute eLearning sessions, which can be completed in any order and have no prerequisites.

This programme is for NHS colleagues, including: 

  • Colleagues experiencing menopause symptoms 

  • Line managers supporting staff 

  • People professionals 

  • Occupational health teams 

  • Staff involved in workforce wellbeing and support
