The Strategic level session supports those designing and delivering prehabilitation and rehabilitation with a focus on individuals’ needs through a personalised care and support approach.​​ It is intended to empower clinicians, clinical leads, commissioners and people with strategic decision-making powers by providing information and tools needed to deliver small improvement projects or service-wide change.​
